Responsibilities
- Provide general legal advice on property related matters to our salespersons.
- Represent the Company on the claims matter in Small Claims Tribunal.
- Attend Mediation sessions to resolve commission disputes.
- Handle feedback from our salespersons and consumers.
- Handle debt recovery and collection matters.
- Drafting legal documents.
- Perform any other adhoc assignments as and when assigned in support of the department.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business Admin / Law.
- Preferably some years of working experience in the similar capacity.
- Fresh graduates are most welcome to apply.
- Training will be provided to handle the different aspects of legal matters.
- Good knowledge in contract and real estate law will be advantageous.
- Good drafting and negotiation skills.
- Bilingual in both English and Chinese language as required to handle Mandarin speaking customers / salespersons.
